We asked for a refund but were told to try to claim through our insurance company, they have paid back a small fraction of the original sum, after multiple deductions. Having received one email from Villa Plus regarding their intention to refund my cancelled holiday which was booked for 24th October 2020 I am yet to receive any refund. The holiday was not able to go ahead because the UK were in lockdown anyway. We have used Villa Plus for several holidays over the last few years and can 100% recommend them. The centre is just a short walk away and the surrounding quiet villas are amazing in their own right.
